  1. What products does Framenestpro sell?
    Framenestpro specialises in digital entertainment products, including downloadable single-player extreme skiing and slope drifting games. All digital products offered are 100% original, proprietary, or fully legally licensed for commercial distribution by Framenestpro. All products are supplied electronically. We do not manufacture, stock, or sell any physical goods.
  2. How will I receive my purchase?
    Following successful payment authorisation, your digital product will be delivered electronically through our website by means of digital download, licence activation, or online account access. As all products are digital, no courier service, shipping label, or physical tracking number is provided.
  3. When does digital delivery begin?
    Digital delivery normally begins automatically immediately or shortly after your payment has been successfully authorised. Delivery is considered complete once download access, licence activation, or access to the purchased digital content has been made available.
  4. Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
    In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), by completing your purchase and expressly requesting immediate digital delivery, you acknowledge and agree that once digital delivery has commenced, you irrevocably waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Accordingly, once digital delivery has begun, purchases are generally final.
  5. Is my purchase a subscription?
    No. Unless expressly stated otherwise, every purchase made through Framenestpro is processed as a one-time payment. There are no automatic renewals, hidden fees, or recurring subscription charges for standard digital game purchases.
  6. What exactly am I purchasing?
    Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the purchased digital content solely for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You are purchasing the right to use the digital content, not ownership of the game or its underlying intellectual property.
  7. Who owns the game and its content?
    All software, source code, game engines, graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, animations, trademarks, logos, designs, and all other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Framenestpro or its authorised licensors. No intellectual property rights are transferred to customers through any purchase.
  8. May I copy, modify, or redistribute the game?
    No. Without prior written permission from Framenestpro, you must not:

Copy or reproduce any game files;

Extract graphics, music, or other assets;

Modify or reverse engineer the software;

Decompile or disassemble the game;

Redistribute or resell any content;

Create derivative works;

Use any part of the product for commercial purposes.

Unauthorised use constitutes a strict violation of intellectual property laws and will result in immediate termination of your licence and legal action where permitted by applicable law.

    Because our products consist entirely of digitally delivered content, refunds are generally unavailable once digital delivery has commenced. Refunds will only be granted where required by mandatory applicable law, or where a verified technical failure, duplicate processing, or system error has occurred that we cannot reasonably resolve.
  2. What should I do if I experience a technical problem?
    Please contact our customer support team immediately with details of the issue. Where reasonably possible, we will actively assist you in resolving installation, activation, or access problems before any further action is considered.
  3. What happens if there is a payment dispute?
    Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Framenestpro support directly to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank. To prevent unauthorised transactions, our payment gateway utilises 3D Secure and advanced fraud-prevention protocols. Where digital delivery has been completed, Framenestpro will contest invalid chargebacks by providing payment providers with comprehensive transaction records, download timestamps, licence activation logs, account access records, and IP logs to verify successful delivery.
  4. How is my personal information protected?
    Framenestpro processes personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable privacy legislation.
