  1. Digital Products Only and Intellectual Property Assurance
    Framenestpro supplies downloadable single-player digital games and related digital entertainment content exclusively. All digital products offered are 100% original, proprietary, or fully legally licensed for commercial distribution by Framenestpro. No physical goods are sold or shipped. All purchases are delivered electronically through digital download, licence activation, or online account access.   2. Immediate Digital Delivery
    Digital delivery begins automatically once payment has been successfully authorised. Delivery may include:

Delivery is deemed complete once the purchased digital content has been made available to the customer.

  1. Waiver of the Statutory Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), digital content supplied electronically is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal where the customer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the consequences. By completing payment and requesting immediate digital delivery, you expressly:

Request the immediate supply of digital content;

Consent to the immediate performance of the contract; and

Acknowledge and agree that once digital delivery has commenced, you irrevocably waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Once digital delivery has begun, the purchase becomes final.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    Because our products consist entirely of digitally supplied content, refunds are generally unavailable after digital delivery has commenced. Refund requests may only be considered where required by mandatory applicable law or in the following limited circumstances (which must be reported to us within 14 days of the transaction date):

Duplicate payment processed for the exact same order;

Digital delivery cannot be completed due to a confirmed technical fault on our end that cannot reasonably be resolved.

Customers must not copy, extract, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the products without prior written permission.
  3. Fraud Prevention, Payment Disputes, and Chargebacks

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Framenestpro directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank. Where digital delivery has been completed, Framenestpro reserves the right to respond to any chargeback by providing the payment provider with comprehensive evidence, including:

Licence activation logs;

Download records;

Account access records;

IP address logs and device information;

Customer communications.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will result in the permanent termination of access to purchased digital content and may be subject to further legal remedies under applicable law.
