Framenestpro exclusively provides authorised digital entertainment products, including downloadable single-player games, game content, and related digital services.
No physical goods are sold or shipped. All purchases are delivered electronically through our website immediately following successful payment authorisation. No courier, shipping service, or physical delivery is involved. - Digital Delivery
Delivery of digital products commences automatically once payment has been successfully authorised. Delivery may include:
Immediate download access;
Activation of game content;
Digital licence activation;
Online account access;
Access to purchased downloadable files.
Delivery is considered completed once download access, licence activation, or account access has been made available to the user. In the event of a system failure preventing automated delivery, our support team will manually resolve the issue and provide access within 24 hours of notification.
- Waiver of the 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, digital content supplied electronically is exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal period where:
the consumer has expressly requested immediate performance; and
the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their statutory right of withdrawal.
By placing an order, completing payment, and commencing digital delivery, you expressly request the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you irrevocably waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, cancellation, and refund. Once digital delivery has commenced, the purchase becomes final.
- One-Time Purchase
Unless expressly stated otherwise, every purchase is a one-time payment. No recurring subscription, automatic renewal, or periodic billing applies to these transactions. Each transaction relates solely to the specific digital product purchased. - Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instantly delivered digital content, refunds will generally not be issued after delivery has commenced. Refund requests may only be considered where required by mandatory applicable law or where:
duplicate payments occurred;
technical issues entirely prevented delivery and cannot reasonably be resolved within 24 hours;
payment was processed due to an identifiable system error.
Refunds will not be granted for:
change of mind;
accidental purchases;
lack of personal preference;
incompatibility caused by unsupported devices;
failure to read product descriptions;
completed downloads or activated licences;
partially used digital products.
- Digital Licence
All purchases grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the purchased digital content solely for private entertainment purposes. No ownership rights are transferred. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the consumer. - Intellectual Property & Authorisation
All games, software, source code, graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, animations, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, and other digital assets are either the exclusive property of Framenestpro or utilised under explicit authorisation from their respective licensors.
Users shall not:
extract assets, copy files, or modify game files;
reverse engineer software or decompile code;
redistribute, sell, or sublicense content;
use any content for commercial purposes;
create derivative works without prior written permission.
- Notice of Infringement
Framenestpro respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content provided through our services infringes upon your copyright or trademarks, please submit a formal notice to extreme@driftpeakride.com. We review and respond to all compliance and infringement enquiries within 24 hours. - Account & Licence Abuse
Framenestpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where fraud, abuse, unauthorised payment activity, licence sharing, or violations of these Terms are detected. Termination for breach does not entitle the customer to any refund. - Payment Security
Payments are securely processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Framenestpro does not store complete payment card information on its servers. Transactions are subject to fraud prevention, identity verification, and payment security checks. Orders identified as potentially fraudulent may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled to protect the cardholder. - Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving customer issues promptly. Customers agree to contact Framenestpro support to seek resolution prior to initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their financial institution. We guarantee a response to all support requests within 24 hours.
Where digital delivery has been successfully completed, Framenestpro will contest unwarranted chargebacks by submitting comprehensive evidence to the payment processor, including:
payment confirmation and transaction timestamps;
download records and licence activation logs;
IP address and account access records;
customer communications.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of the associated account and revocation of all digital licences.
- Age Restriction
Our products and services are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years or older. By purchasing from this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and are authorised to use the chosen payment method. - Privacy Policy
